  • Lovely two-bedroom with loft condo with many upgrades. Screened-in lanai with table and 2 chairs. Great view of Fazio golf course and mountains. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout. Free WIFI and HD TV in both living room and master bedroom. Upstairs spacious bedroom has its own bathroom. Well-appointed kitchen with everything you need. Downstairs bedroom and entire upstairs carpet has been replaced (April 2023) with beautiful tile. Ceramic tile flooring entry, hall, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Straight walk in from assigned parking, no stairs from outside and wheelchair accessible. Pool is stone throw away.

    Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
    Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

The place was very nice. Just a little small for 4 adults and 2 children but we were gone most of the time. Not really an area for small children to play. Unfortunately we were there during the storms so power was out 2 separate times for approx 96 hours and the pool ended up being closed. If you are a golfing family this is an ideal spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was in a perfect location. Our girls loved being able to wander around the property. The rooms are perfect and the loft twin beds were great for our twins. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing we would have liked was some pool towels and beach chairs, but it’s possible we just didn’t find them. The air kept it comfortable although the loft got a bit hot. Was glad there was a fan to help keep it cool. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit.

Perfect landing spot in the North Shore

This was a nice, quiet place to regroup every night before adventures the next day. The community is nice and quiet with a great on-property bar and grill, Lei Lei’s. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the in-unit laundry.

We are so fortunate to reside on the lovely island of Oahu, but enjoy a little staycation every year at Turtle Bay! The condo was perfect and we enjoyed our stay!!!!

The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean and we enjoyed the well supplied kitchen - every dish and gadget we needed was available. Loved having food storage bowls with lids!. The resort grounds were great - my mom and I walked the property every morning. The resort staff were very helpful in helping us find a place to vacuum the rental car too - so much sand!

Great family spot

We had a great time in the North shore area staying here. The location was awesome and the condo was very clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfast and lunch, and a washer and dryer was so convenient. There are SO many yummy places nearby. We were walking distance to the beach at Turtle Bay, a short drive from Sharks cove for snorkeling, many nearby beaches to checkout. We would definitely stay here again! Our kids even loved the pool when they needed a break from the sand.

Happiness at the golf course

We loved the location on the golf course and we were able to walk to the resort/beaches (about 10 minute walk). Also, there is a really good restaurant about a 5 minute walk. The location was quiet, and the condo was spacious, clean and perfect for our group. You can tell there have been upgrades done to the unit and it was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The king bed in the master was wonderful. We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our group of 6. If I can make only one critique, they need to provide more trash bags and laundry supplies. We had to reuse some of our shopping bags to make trash bags. Very clean, and it was a great trip

This unit was clean, all the appliances worked very well, and management staff were very helpful when we had problems getting through the gate when the key code did not work. Worked well for our family. Was a bit underwhelmed with only one dishwasher pod and one spare toilet paper roll, no shampoo or cream rinse. Made it feel 'cheaper' than it was.

The upstairs bedroom did have a little issues. The AC did not work well, it was cool but did not get cold. Also, there was something going on in the ceiling. Every night there would be rubbish on the bed with what looked like dead black ants? Not sure if there was a nest in the ceiling and the dead ants were falling on the bed.
