Both units are of the highest quality and were professionally installed by one of the most reputable HVAC companies on Oahu. Additionally, in August 2024, we installed a new, modern window-unit AC in the master suite, significantly quieter than older models.\*\*\* The perfect place for a peaceful & relaxing time, this condo is stocked with all you should need for a great stay! Located in the Turtle Bay Area, it's very close to beaches (about a 5 minute walk), golf coarse, and some amazing restaurants. This location is at the end of the North Shore stretch known as the "seven mile miracle" of beaches, renowned for their beauty, world class surfing, snorkel, great fishing spots, and swimming for people of all ages! Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun-filled beach activities and later watch the sunset from the pool-bar at turtle bay, while also watching some of the best surfers in the world. And beyond to the East is a beautiful drive along the ocean with views of the breathtaking Koʻolau Mountain Range. Experience the best of both worlds, while also enjoying a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! This 1 bedroom + Loft, 2.5 bathrooms is located in the most pristine area of the condominium complex! It is a second floor unit with no other units on top, making it very quiet and peaceful for you. As you can see in the photos this beautiful condo has a breathtaking view of the world famous Fazio Golf Course and faces the Pacific Ocean. Imagine yourself having breakfast on the lanai, while listening to the birds and feeling a pleasant sea breeze. The condo features a full kitchen, equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Downstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and master bathroom. There's also a full bathroom, and dining area + living room common area, as well as an outdoor porch. Upstairs, there is an open loft with two full size beds. We have two foldout futons for extra guests, if needed. There is AC throughout the condo, as well as wifi. All linens are provided, as well as beach towels. We also provide some beach equipment for you to enjoy- beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler! Most importantly, we also provide you with the local knowledge to make the most out of your time here!! Inside our condominium complex, there are tennis courts and a beautiful swimming pool close by. Everything was in order upon our arrival and the hosts were easy to get in contact with.The condo's location on the North Shore makes it close to attraction and beaches. Being so close to Turtle Bay Resort gives the area an exclusive feel, and we loved our nighttime walks to the resort to listen to the waves break under cover of darkness.As for the condo - the loft area with two beds and a half bath was perfect for our kids. They had their own space, and it allowed our family to spread out. Having three bathrooms total was also perfect because it made getting ready in the morning easy.The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, and it made it easy to sleep the night away after an active day on the beach and the trails. Bathrooms have all the towels you need.Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze, and the cabinets were stocked with all the plates and utensils one could need.If you are a birder, the trees surrounding the condo are perfect for sighting Common Myna, Red Crested Cardinal, Java Sparrows (right outside the bedroom window), Zebra Doves, Western-Cattle Egret, and many, many Pacific Golden Plovers, among others. ##### Michael R. The beds are wonderfully soft, and the entire condo feels warm and inviting. We would come back in a heartbeat!The only downside is the distance to Foodland and the limited number of restaurants nearby. ##### Sina P. I can't remember another place I've stayed where everything you need is provided. The knives in the kitchen are sharp, there are plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Lots of glasses and cups and serving dishes. A good coffee maker and blender. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and amenities, including a hair dryer. The beach towels are wonderful. It is really so nice to have all this available. The check out was super easy - we took out the trash and put the dishes in the dishwasher. One of our group even reached out to the artist whose work is on the walls and bought one of his photos. A great memory. ##### Judith S. Property was exactly as described in the listing. It's so close to the Kuilima Cove and the resort. All the beach equipment -- chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. -- was a nice bonus. Kitchen is fully equipped and variety of seasonings stocked. Pathway to the beach is just few steps away, shaded with tropical trees and flower plants which is quite nice, and relaxing walk to the beach. Box full of snorkel equipment and other water activities which I thought it’s a plus. The only thing I would complain is the upstairs sink needs attention. There was nothing more we could have wanted. It had everything we needed and more. It was great to find cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee pods. Stuff I would pack but miss having during a stay. So many conveniences that most rentals don’t have like a laundry basket. The kids LOVED the cute loft area as they felt they had their own little hideaway space. The pool area was nice and it was great to be able to head down to the resort area to smoke and play at the beach. I didn’t think about it but next time I’d book reservations at the resort ahead of our trip. They had great snorkel and padddleboarding lessons specifically for kids that was booked by the time we found out about them. One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. ##### Jennifer R. The condo was in great condition, the beds were fabulous and so comfy. The ac worked great and cooled the condo down quickly when needed. Communication with the manger was great and had zero issues. Check in and check out was seamless. The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for our stay. The beach chairs and snorkel were a huge plus! Would definitely stay again. ##### Katy H.
