Sleeps up to 6. Enjoy the North Shore by staying close to everything when you stay at this centrally no-located place. The townhouse is right next to the famous Turtle Bay Resort. Legal Short Rental: STR 2755. Our two-level, one-bedroom (king size bed) plus loft (queen size bed and full size futon), end unit condo is located on the second floor for full privacy. \*\*\*($20 extra fee per person, per night for parties beyond 4) Have a meal or a drink on our outdoor lanai with a wonderful view of the golf course. Townhouse is well equipped with AC and ceiling fans in all the rooms. Washer and dryer in unit. New fridge installed. \*The condo is closer to the street, so there is some traffic noise. As we live on an island, there are also birds who love to sing. We do provide an air purifier and AC which helps to drown out noise. May not be suitable if you are a light sleeper. No closet rod no hangers.For readers, no reading lights in main room, hard to find a comfortable place to sit with a good book.Bed linens uncomfortable polyester. Could only find one old set of cotton linens. Upgrade needed.Finally, location. Noise is an issue. The unit is the closest one to both the TB entrance road (about 25 ft) and the main highway (about 250 ft). We much prefer fresh air and avoid AC whenever possible. So with the windows open, the traffic noise was pretty much nonstop - the rumble strips on Kamehameha Hwy being particularly annoying. This alone, for me, could never rate a 10. ##### Joseph N. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, Ritz Carlton, and resturaunts at the resort. If you are a golfer, this is a paradise as it is right on the golf course. I would rent again! ##### Abby B. This is a very comfortable condo for a week long stay, and a short drive to beautiful North Shore beaches, grocery store and the town of Haleiwa, also a short drive the other direction over to Kahuku Sugar Mill with food trucks , etc. and other beautiful beaches further down the highway.
