Further inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, a coffee maker, and cookware for convenient cooking at home. It couldn’t be easier to whip up a meal to enjoy picnic-style down on the beach or family-style around the dining table set for 4.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, private lanai, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Parking space is available for an additional fee of $9.95 per day and is not included with the rental rate. Please stop by the concierge desk and pick up your parking pass.

a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
a. Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
5. Quiet Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
