Some things I wish I had known: 1- there is no air conditioning on main level where kitchen and gathering area is. Add said there was a futon and queen in one room which was not correct 3- pool does not have a very good shallow end. Overall location was great, place was very clean and grill was nice. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch.
