Una terrible experiencia, lugar inseguro nos robaron las toallas del alrededor de la piscina, lo reportamos para ver cámaras y no nos dieron solución, no obtuvimos ningún tipo de ayuda nos tocó pagarlas con un costo exageradamente alto, también se supone que contratamos un paquete todo incluido y en el área de comida tenían una estación solo para un grupo de españoles mejor comida y postres para ellos le preguntamos a la señorita que estaba en la barra la cual nos contestó esta comida es exclusiva para los españoles. Muy mala experiencia

The water was switched off so couldn't have a shower or use the toilet in our room. No breakfast facilities. Nobody could speak English. Also prevented from entering the hotel by a police squad because an accused murderer (El Diablo) and his accomplice (Texas) were being arrested, who were both staying on the top floor. The WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life!
