Auch beim ansprechen (Hotelmanger) wurde dies leider ignoriert und gesagt, ich könnte ja im haupthaus laden. Desweiteren hatte mein zimmer kein Ventilator, wie andere zimmer einen hatten. Da wir uns ausgetauscht haben, wusste wir auch dass alle das selbe gezahlten hatten.
