I had a wonderful stay at Red Lion Inn & Suites, Junction City, Kansas. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The property was very clean, and my room was spotless, neat, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the biscuits and gravy, which were delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area. I would happily stay here again

The room was clean and well stocked. The shower was awesome with great water pressure. The only thing I will say about the shower was that the bottom of the tub was extremely slick. I put the bath mat in the tub to keep from slipping. The young lady who checked me in was so friendly and professional. We traveled with my little dog and they were very accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay.

Check in was easy and staff was nice. Room was clean but here was no soap in the bathroom or shower. I feel like hand soap is a necessity. There was an ice bucket but no cups. TV was good and pillows were good.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would gladly stay here again. I do have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. I was traveling with a knee injury and requested a first-floor room. I was told none were available due to renovations, but I noticed several first-floor rooms that appeared unoccupied and no renovation work taking place during my stay. If those rooms were unavailable for another reason, better communication would have been appreciated. 2. There was no mention of the additional $20 pet fee when I booked through Expedia, even though I specifically selected a pet-friendly property. I believe this fee should be disclosed more clearly during the booking process to avoid surprises. 3. I had originally booked a room with one king bed but was assigned a room with two double beds instead. Since I was traveling alone, it wasn’t a major issue, and I only used one bed. However, the bed I slept in wasn’t particularly comfortable. Again, this wasn’t a significant problem, but it was the only aspect of the room that fell short of an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was excellent, and I had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Had to put a $30 deposit just incase we stole the towels or left stains on anything. When I went into the room there were stains already on the bed sheets and covers, and the towels were also dirty and smelled weird. The room had a awful smell to it as well and wasnt that clean. The chair in the room also had a stain on it. The "continental" breakfast was just two different cereals with a gallon of milk next to it.

The staff was courteous and helpful but the property is a mess. The stairs to the 2nd floor are difficult to navigate. The 2nd floor walkway is delaminating or disintegrating. Our door would not unlock with the key cards. Required the maintenance guy to come reprogram it. The breakfast was minimal. The bed was not very plush. The window was not secured when we checked in. Glad I checked it and put the security pins in place since it could have easily been slid open from the outside.

This was not .y first time and i had complained about dirty towels, so this 2nd time there I think they decided to be vindictive. The room had an awful smell. The carpet was old and dirty. The sheets were not fresh. Blankets old and bleached out on lower half. The ice bucket was never clean it was gross. Overall, the owners need to do better on the up keep of the property. Nice Area.

You get what you pay for on this motel. It was cheap enough for sure and served its purpose but that’s all. Run down, broken furniture, and not clean. Pulled the blankets back to check for bed bugs and roaches. We didn’t find any but we were still weary. Definitely 2 thumbs down and won’t stay here again.

The property is in horrible conditions, the room was in shambles, I almost broke my leg going down the stairs. We never had anyone come and clean our room or replanish anything during our stay, we had 1 tiny bar of soap for 3 people for 4 days and 1 travel size conditioner, not even shampoo. The fridge didn't work, the lamp didn't even have a lightbulb, everything was terrible, and cherry on top was on the day we were living someone knocked at out door at 8am to remind us to leave, mind you checkout is at 11am. Very sad and disappointed, we usually have good experiences, but not this time, you definitely get what you pay for, so don't expect anything good from this place. This is worse than a motel.
