Welcome to our "SonnenKind" holiday home.

We took over the bungalow at short notice and let fresh wind blow through ......

We have furnished the house with a lot of love so that you feel just as comfortable as we do.

It is located by the sea behind the dunes of the North Holland North Sea in the Strandslag Julianadorp aan Zee holiday park, approx. 6 km south of Den Helder.

The park includes numerous leisure activities such as: B. a bike and kettkar rental, some tennis courts, a trampoline and mini golf course, a great water playground, an animal enclosure, a bowling alley and restaurants.

In Julianadorp there are various supermarkets, a swimming pool incl. Sauna, an 18-hole golf course and other various restaurants.

The house has about 75 square meters and a garden of about 300 square meters.

There are two bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a large double bed with two single mattresses, these can be both with "normal" and with a large bed sheet (thanks to a central wedge that does not allow any crevices!) to be covered. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the rear bed can also be pulled out to form a double bed.
Bedspreads are provided for all beds.

The living area can be reached from a nice gallery. There is a fireplace, a television with internet access and a dining area (incl. Highchair). For the children there are also games, books and painting things available.

A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and cutlery, various coffee machines (filter, Senseo and Nespresso) are available here. Furthermore, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer, various children's dishes and cutlery. There is also a small selection of spices, herbs and oils for everyday use.

The new and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a vanity, a large shower cubicle and a hair dryer. There is a separate toilet next door.

At the entrance to the park there is a washing machine and dryer available for a fee!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollem Spielplatz!
Meine Frau und ich waren zwei Wochen in Julianadorp zusammen mit unseren beiden Kids (1, 3 J.). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und hätten die wohl auch bei schlechtem Wetter gehabt. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet; die Anlage ist ebf sehr gut in Schuss. Allerdings ist es deutlich weiter bis zum Strand als wir vermuteten (die Anzeige sagte 300m; tatsächlich sind es wohl 1,3km, aber das schafft man auch noch.)

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und sauberer FerienAnlage. Im Haus hat es uns an nix gefehlt. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet, das Bad modern und sauber, die Betten gemütlich, der Garten ist gepflegt, und unsere Kids hatten Spiele/Spielzeug. Der Fussweg zum Strand durch die Dünen beträgt max.10min. Und zu guter letzt funktioniert die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin höflich, zuvorkommend, reibungslos und absolut unkompliziert. Alles Top, gerne wieder..

Das Haus ist super gut ausgestattet, eine moderne, hochwertige Einrichtung. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort, so dass sich die Spülmaschine gelohnt hat. Es ist eine großzügige Anzahl an Geschirr, Besteck sowie Gläser vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist modern ausgestattet, die Betten/Matratzen sind ebenfalls gut. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Bücher, Stifte, Spiele oder ein Block Papier sind vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben fabelhafte Tage im Haus "Sonnenkind" verbracht -es war alles vorhanden,was man im Familienurlaub mit einem Kleinkind benötigt - und noch mehr! Von einem Grill,bishin zu Hochstuhl,malsachen, Gesellschaftsspiele und Kindergeschirr. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt -rundum: fabelhaft und immer wieder gern!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Sonnenkind. Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Die Nähe zum Spielplatz war für uns ebenfalls optimal mit kleinem Kind. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Nettes Häuschen in toller Umgebung
Das Häuschen von Frau Niesen ließ für uns keine Wünsche für eine schöne Urlaubswoche offen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man kann sich dort prima erholen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Familienfreundlich angelegt. Von Julianadorp aus kann man tolle Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Texel, den Helder etc.unternehmen. Auch der nahe gelegene, saubere Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Ferienhaus aus erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und eine unkomplizierte Buchung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der schöne und große Garten hat uns gut gefallen, sehr ruhig mit viel Sonne. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Familienurlaub.

Heerlijke plek, fijne woning!
Het huisje was heerlijk schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ligging is lekker dicht bij de zee. De televisie heeft alleen duitse zenders, voor Nederlanders misschien een puntje. Communicatie daarover met de eigenaresse verliep echter vlot en soepel! Er is op en om het vakantiepark genoeg te doen: goedkoop fietsen huren, midgetgolfen, leuke strandtenten en terrassen in de buurt. Met de boot naar Texel als dagtochtje, is leuk en makkelijk te doen. Er zijn goede bedden in het huis en een mooie, nieuwe badkamer. Kortom, prima huis! We hebben genoten!
