THE SPACE
Living Room
The centerpiece is a dramatic black board-and-batten accent wall with a large Samsung smart TV and floating wood shelf. Warm lighting, and bamboo blinds give the space a relaxed, upscale feel.
Kitchen
Bright and modern with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything you need to cook a real meal. A gold bar cart with crystal glassware and a cocktail shaker adds a nice touch for unwinding at the end of the day.
Bedrooms
Three comfortable bedrooms, each individually decorated with a warm Texas-inspired style. The primary suite has its own en suite bathroom with a glass-door shower and a wall-mounted TV. The two guest rooms each have their own personality — one with a rustic American flag wall piece, another with classic equestrian art — and both have ceiling fans and great natural light.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, both clean and well-appointed. The primary bath features a glass-enclosed shower; the guest bath has a full tub/shower combo.
Garage Game Room
This is the bonus everyone loves. The two-car garage has an epoxy floor and is set up as a hangout space with a full-size ping pong table, and dart board. Great for kids, adults, or anyone who needs to decompress.
