Poor business practice!! I have been a Vacation Homeowner with VRBO. In summary, the Loft property and Location are Fantastic. It looks to be newly renovated, and all the finishes are just wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown being located right in the middle of everything. The apartment is located right around corner from Arrowhead Chocolates. Once parked everything around town is easily walkable. Everything inside is new/remodeled and king bed in loft is very comfortable. There is a full kitchen but we did use other than refrigerator. Negatives: Unable to locate remote control for tv after looking everywhere. Also no tissues or soap (just hand sanitizer) in bathroom. Towels were ridiculously thin, rough and few. ##### Pam U. It's a ground floor apartment with the bed in a loft. Bathroom is downstairs. They gave us the incorrect wifi network and incorrect wifi password. TV wasn't hooked up to Internet. When we called Vacasa they told us we were outside of business hours it was 6:05 pm. They gave us no hand towels, only 2 towels for 2 adults for 3 days. And 3 washclothes. There were no directions to manage the heat and cooling systems. We roasted. Also there were tons of plug in air fresheners. The smell was way over the top. No packages of tissues anywhere.
