« A mon arrivée, il faisait très froid dans la chambre et la salle de bains. Le chauffage n'était même pas réglé à une température mini. Insonorisation pauvre vis-à-vis de l'extérieur et aussi de l'intérieur (réveillez très tôt avec les gens qui claquent les portes, passage de l'aspirateur, montée d'escalier avec les allés venus). Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas extraordinaire pour le prix. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La piscine mériterait une remise à neuf. La restauration le soir est...

« Het huisje ‘bosuil’ was goed in orde maar de weg ernaartoe was in heel slechte staat. Wij kwamen ’s’avonds in donker toe. Zandweg zonder enige verlichting. Nummer van huisje onduidelijk aangegeven. Parkeren bij huisje is op de weg. Inplanting huisjes nogal chaotisch. Ook veel te duur voor 1 nacht in vergelijking met een hotelkamer. Lakens waren wel voorzien maar geen opgemaakte bedden. Geen handdoeken voorzien . »

« Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. »
