We arrived at 6:30pn after a13\. 5 hour drive. To the bed not made no clean towels hair in the shower and sink. I sent a message to have the property manager contact me and let me know I could leave and she could be there in 30 minutes and clean it or 8 could clean it myself. We were wore down and didn't want to leave. I there for cleaned the place and did all the laundry . I told the property manager my husband just killed so earwigs we were supposed to leave on Tuesday morning. At 4 am Monday morning I woke to a earwig crawling on me. We packed up an left that morning. I sent the histva email requesting a refund and telling her why I left and 36vhours later still no response from her or the host.
