« This is the second time we rent this cottage from Andrew. This is a great property, very clean, and with many amenities (coffee!) The owner is very responsive as well as attentive to making us feel welcome and taken care of. Having a personalized downladable app to keep all directions on my phone was also great! Thank you. We will be back! »

« This property is exactly how it is listed. Very clean, well stocked with towels and extra blankets, and kitchen essentials. If we had had a dog with us, it would have been so happy with the kennel, dog blankets, and treats. Very pet friendly. It is on a quiet street, and an easy walk to the Trent river. You would not be disappointed renting this property. »

« Inside of the house was very clean and nice, the yard was terribly overgrown and weeds have taken over. The yard was so overgrown I couldn’t let my grandchildren play outside. The weeds are growing in to the electrical box and air conditioning unit outside. We didn’t use the yard outside at all. Communication with the owner was great - we had an issue with the power but he got it fixed right away. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the yard and parking situation. »

« The price fit the gated community but after entering the rental it was apparent it lacked in cleanliness. There were also cob webs and a ton of spiders throughout. The main bedroom bed linens were over used and stained. We were glad we brought our own blanket. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken, leaving us both sore in the morning. We didn’t rent the place to spend much time inside, but it ended up raining one night and the TV was too small to even watch. We stayed in another rental at sugar...
