Open living and dining with updated solid surface countertops in kitchen and baths, tile and hardwood floors. Private enclosed outdoor shower for cleanup after your day at the beach! Beach access only 2 doors down. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from large covered front deck, the living room and your master bedroom window. There is also a covered front porch with rocking chairs and an extended porch for sunbathing. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing family getaway. Plenty of room for boat parking in your own private parking lot. We do not have cable TV only Internet TV, if you are not familiar with how to use it then you will likely not have TV during your stay. We also do not provide sheets, this helps to keep the cost down on our cleaning fees we incur. This is not a five star place and neither are our prices. It is a nice clean house with a five star location to the beach where you and your family can enjoy a week together. Just bring your own linens (2 Queens and 2 Twins) sleeps 6\. You must be 28 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING PLEASE. In 2023 we now allow a small dog 20 pounds are less with a pet deposit. Keywords: This is the rental of a duplex. My husband, cousins and their kids made great use of this home and the closeness to the beach. As any rental can go, we had a couple of hiccups but nothing that Kellie wasn’t able to help us with in a prompt amount of time. We would definitely come back to this beautiful beach home. Make sure you bring your own linens, we brought our own bedding too, and bring towels for beach, bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional. We used the oven and stove top. We ended up handwashing dishes so I can’t speak on the dishwasher. For the negatives:The WiFi can’t handle too many devices at once, but truly we were too busy enjoying the beach and each others company to worry about internet. ##### Kryse H. The beds were squeaky (hard to sleep) and floor was very slippery. The floor had oily substance all over. The nails in the deck are coming up, so be careful! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach!
