"I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Laurel, MS and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and several areas looked like they had been missed by housekeeping. The carpet in the room was especially horrible. It looked very dirty and worn, which made the entire room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Seeing the condition of the carpet made it hard to relax and feel confident about the overall cleanliness of the space. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and it was disappointing that it didn’t meet that standard. The staff I interacted with were polite, but the condition of the room definitely needs improvement. I hope management addresses the housekeeping and carpet issues so future guests have a better experience."

"This was a great place to stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items needed. Make sure to bring coffee k-cups so you don’t run out. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Could use additional toilet paper, but maybe should have brought some with us to make sure we had enough throughout our stay."
