"This is not a great location if you want to go out and walk around. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids, it was far from the city center and we had trouble getting taxi back to hotel. Also some of their rooms are like a dungeon with no window and they moved us to another room that was very nice, had a giant Jacuzzi tub in middle of room, so I could just imagine what this room has seen. It was clean and served purpose. "

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

However, there was some confusion about amenities in our apartment. We had booked it especially as the Hotels.com listing clearly showed a kitchen and cooking facilities for self-catering, but when we tried to cook, we found the cooker was not connected. The owner claimed that we had only paid for the room, and it would be an extra 20 euros for cooking facilities, but eventually agreed to switch the gas on when I explained that we had allergies and would not be able to eat otherwise. We were very appreciative of her kindness in this, but would suggest that the listing should be clearer about what is and isn't included in the price shown on Hotels.com."

"You need to know this is a second floor walk up, if you have luggage it’s a long trip. Gulia was helpful with bringing it up. Gulia was very helpful with booking ride to the airport and info about where to eat. Communication was very good, they rechecked on our arrival. I found the bed and pillows comfortable. "
