A great place for family since its attached to the mall. Something for everyone. Also not too far from the central jb area. Room is also clean and comfortable. Although i think the pillows can be better quality like offering a firm and a soft. Will return.

I like the hotel as it’s very convenient, staffs are friendly. I guessed it’s my luck that the room given was with boogie on the wall and stains on bed. Floor has hairs and chocolate on it . Fridge is dirty with wrapper in it.

Clean and Accessible Hotel
Apart that one of the electrical wall socket of room is faulty, all seems fine. Good view of the city from 20th floor, clean room, and very accessible due to the connecting mall downstairs.

The only issues were the breakfast every morning, not sufficient staffs to filled up the foods . Coffees machine down and alway don't have enough cups , bowls or plates. Also very long queue.
