The property was surrounded by crumbling parking lots. Semi trailer trucks conducted noisy business in the parking lots after midnight. We did not sleep.

Good morning, Donna,I am very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with your room. The trucks that use the parking lot across the street have been asked several times to keep their noise to a minimum. We have also contacted the local police for noise violations. It is a shame that surrounding businesses have a negative effect on our guests. I did, however, notice that you had no complaints about our staff or room, so I am assuming the complaints were just with the other businesses and not ours. I will take steps to correct this noise once again with local and state police and hope you will give us another chance the next time you come through this way. Thank you.

As to the dogs, I am very sorry that you were disturbed by them. We are a pet friendly hotel and our guests are supposed to have there animals under control while staying here. We enjoyed our stay. The workers there were very pleasant, the room was clean and the location was great for travelers. Only negative, and I understand this is short term, is there was no form of breakfast. Regardless of that, we would definitely stay again the next time we pass throught.

The hotel is still under renovation! They opted for hard flooring throughout instead of carpet… not sure about that move. They are pet friendly, huge plus, you have to walk to the very back for level grass, no fence for Fido to run tho. Clean with friendly service, work in progress.

The guy who checked me in was wonderful. That was the best part of my stay. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the tub was dirty, and the room was not quiet. At all. I could hear the interstate all night and was woken up at 330am but some super loud guy next door or outside.

The room was clean. The service desk and staff were friendly. The other guests in the motel/hotel were talking loud/yelling making it difficult to sleep.

While our rooms were clean and redecorated the property as a whole was very shabby. We were told while checking in that there was no tv due to the company being on property to do an upgrade, could not get a discount or cancel as it was one day to late for that. There were no restrooms in the lobby area first motel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have those. Any yes the rooms were clean and updated the bathtub was very deep so getting in and out was a bit difficult not good for older people or children. Nothing had been done to the outside of the buildings of the motel so it looks derelict. Would not stay there again better places to stay fit just a little more money not sure how they are still open.

Newly renovated rooms. Not your typical “Red Roof Inn”!! Very friendly staff!! We stayed for a week and everyone couldn’t have been nicer. Staff was LGBT friendly. It was a great place to stay. Will definitely stay at this location again!!

Property is in process of being bought by Red Roof Inn and undergoing badly needed renovation. Parts of the roof and gutters were missing, a panel to cover the base of the bathtub was missing. It felt gross to stay here during renovation.

This hotel is closed!!!! It is torn apart to be reopened as a Red Roof Inn. I pre paid for this! Lady at front desk just said sorry, you need to stay elsewhere & I am not authorized to give you a refund.

Old, run down, really out of date inside and out. Red Roof just bought it, so front desk did not even have our reservation . NO breakfast of any kind. The whole place is old and tired looking. Staff was friendly and helpful, but this place would rate a 1 out of 10 for physical appearance.

This hotel is evidently in transition between 2 or maybe 3 different brandings. The old signage still says Days Inn, there is a banner hanging outside that says, "Coming Soon- Red Roof Inn", and the receipt said "Bulfinch Inn". The check-in clerk was friendly and gave us a list of local restaurants and directions to the Flight 93 Memorial. But she had difficulty with the computer ("brand new system"), and while waiting for assistance, another family member came in to use the lobby restroom and left in horror because the toilet was, shall we say, full. The room, bath and linens were decently clean (extremely dated though, I have no idea where the lovely photo gallery comes from). However, they do NOT currently have breakfast even though their listing says they do. We had no beverage/coffee cups in the room, and the front desk told us we could take the 2 on the lobby water cooler but "that's all we have". To summarize... this may be an ok place once their branding transition is complete. But right now I cannot recommend it.

Clean and quiet—we just stopped over for a night on a longer trip and it was totally fine. If you are looking for a cheapish place but are concerned about it being sketchy, this is a fine place to book for a night.

I personally did not like the tub. You had to step up to get into it - and there were no grab bars or such to help get in the tub. Being older, I do sometimes have a balance issue and for me it was difficult to get in and out of the tub.

The staff was friendly enough but the rooms really need some work. We had a handicapped accessible room and the shower drained onto the bathroom floor so you had to walk thru a puddle to use the bathroom. We have stayed in a number of hotels in that area and this was disappointing comparatively.
