In addition to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home features a sunny, well-appointed kitchen, comfy living room, den with pull-out sofa and welcoming dining area. Please note that this property is the main level of a house. There is an upstairs apartment with permanent tenants with a private entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs. There is parking for three cars for this home.

Mattresses were wonderful. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would love to know more about the history of the house and this area of town. There was an upstairs tenant as mentioned but they did not bother us.

Myself and my 7 bridesmaids stayed here for my wedding weekend, and we had the best time! Getting into the house was super simple and straightforward. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in for our 2-day stay. I accidentally left my pillow at the property, and Sherry was easy to reach and even dropped it off on my porch for me (lucky I live locally). She truly went above and beyond to treat us well! :)

Great and super-clean for family wedding stay
Great, clean property with easy access and nice fixtures/appliances. Plenty of beds for our family of 6! We were *surprised* to hear of a "permanent upstairs tenant," (thereby assigning us parking spaces in the driveway) in the check-in instructions! We felt safe, etc., but never thought to ask if there was a tenant upstairs! The property is a house and doesn't appear in the pics to be a duplex of any kind. Disclosure of the tenant upstairs would have been more up-front. That said, still a great, reasonable stay. Thank you!

Wonderful and convenient stay in Johnson City! Loved the house, location and convenience. Really enjoyed walking to get coffee at Open Doors less than a block away then sipping it on the big front porch with mountain views. Host was super helpful and made everything easy. Will stay again!
