The directions for check in were detailed and the host responded to our questions quickly. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and clean. The bed was a little firm (for us). The location is very ideal and very quiet. The unit we rented was the perfect size, but it did not come without its issues. We contacted the host when we arrived because the air conditioner was frozen and not working properly. We shut it off overnight to allow it to thaw out, but in the morning it was still blowing out ice chunks. We decided to check out early because the unit had a few other issues that were not meeting our standards. I’ve reached out to the host on multiple occasions to try and communicate these things, but have gotten no response. We would gladly rent this unit again if the issues that we encountered were taken care of. The location is absolutely perfect for staying over in Johnson City ##### William K.
