"The furniture in the room was worn and tattered. As was the furniture in the dining area. The mattress was horribly indented and uncomfortable. I was put on the first floor (ie-basement) so I could walk my dog, but there was no key recently available, so had to walk all the way around to get back in. The breakfast was exactly the same two days in a row, and one of the waffle makers was broken. The pool was closed, with no mention of it on the website. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Frankly speaking, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was not the pleasant experience I had expected. During our stay, we found a cockroach and other small insects in the room, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also exactly the same every day for the 10 days we stayed there, with no variety at all. In addition, one of the male staff members who helped in the kitchen was quite rude and unfriendly. Some of the reception staff were also not welcoming and spoke to me in an unfriendly manner. That said, I would like to recognize Todd, who works at reception in the evening and night. He was always friendly, helpful, welcoming, and very pleasant to speak with. I also want to acknowledge the cleaning staff, who were very kind and helpful. In particular, there was an African American gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, but he was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. Overall, while there were a few excellent staff members who made a positive impression, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations."

"Restroom reeked of urine. Multiple long hairs found in the bathroom, and one on the bedroom door. Stagnant musky smell from the AC unit. I'd rather park in the parking lot and sleep in my car. At least now I know to avoid this chain at all cost."
