John Rowswell Hub Trail Tours and Activities

We booked for two nights and when we arrived at 830pm, we were told it wasn't ready. They placed us in a different room instead and told us we had to move to the new room the next morning. When we got into our first room, it was still dirty with garbage on the floor and sticky tables. There was sand in the beds and a musty smell so strong we went and picked up cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. I was willing to let it go, but when we had to pack up our stuff in the morning before our planned outing at 730am, we forgot our 8 year old's stuffed bunny. We got back in the evening and got the key to our new room and realized we were missing the bunny. We asked about it and they said they would talk to the cleaners. Turns out they threw her bunny in the garbage. I called them that same evening to tell them that I had found the bunny in the dumpster and that I was overall dissapointed in their service. When checking out the next morning they said they were too busy to have a lost and found.
