"Hotel is in good location 100 meters from train station and very central to Edinburgh Although the hotel is undergoing maintenance at the time of writing this, it seems to be not too distracting. We had an evening meal which was fine, but the choice limited, they claimed due to being out of season Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for all types of tastes including cook to order omelettes, which could probably do with another station as the only one working was popular Room and bathroom was fine, we were on 6th floor, but did not hear any noises during the night, so had a good sleep All in all I would happily recommend this hotel "

"It’s a great location and the kitchen is fully equipped. The room is spacious. Value for money in view of the hotel price in the area. A few small issues: pillows are quite high for me and the staff said there’s no other option; the hot water in the shower was not very hot; the pots, pan, and tea tower were not cleaned properly. "

"We had a really pleasant stay at voco Edinburgh Royal Terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out in the city. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. A special mention goes to Edward from the restaurant team, who was especially friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Edinburgh."

"This is my first time at a hostel and I must say, I wouldn't have had a better experience. This place is right in the heart of everything just steps of the Royal Mile. Rhe staff was super helpful, the vibe was perfect. I will absolutely come back!"

"Breakfast was good but room wasn't clean enough. There were no proper heating and it was cold. Heater(clima )had very bad noise and and no heating but nothing changed. Fire alarm gone off at night and we were panicked . fortunately it was fake alarm. "
