« The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. « The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange.
Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay.
Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week.
The hotel could’ve been more...
