A short walk thru an alley to access the place, well located with decent breakfast. Best part was excellent staff service.
Rooms were a little cramped, had to improvise for luggage access and stowage. Corner room smelled bad but the others were okay.

The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless.
Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall.
Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste.
So the big letdown was the grill.
Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!
