Liked: Cleanliness
Room was clean, hot water and shower was incredible. Exactly what's needed after being at the snow. Close by to everything. Tea and coffee down stairs and kettle and microwave in the room. Unfortunately the heater didn't work every night, it had a mind of its own when it wanted to work. The TV also didn't work, we just watched Netflix on our phones. Overall we still enjoyed our stay, those minor issues are easy fixes.
We arrived late on a Wed, key was avail for collection in box with pin, easy to get into our room. Room was small but clean and functional. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle, small toilet with shower, TV, window with blockout curtains, heater, addl blanket (did not need it), 1 x chair. There was no glasses, caps, plates or cuttlery; however all that was available in the common kitchen to get into the room (easy!). We slept well, got great hot showers (water pressure is great, and water was hot!). The Yuki is just a short walk down the hill to the shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, etc. Also, we caught the bus to/from Perisher from the Snowy Mtns Visitor Centre, short walk from the Yuki, and when returning the bus leaves you right behind the Yuki street. It was great to have free parking to leave our car there safe. We cannot fault the Yuki at all !!! Only suggestion si to add a small table to the room, perhaps a foldable table and foldable chair, instead of the large chair provided. We had to use the garbage bin upsidedown as a table to put our cups while drinking a coffee. We'll stay there again !! Thanks Yuki !!!

Great budget accomodation. Lester was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Very hot showers.
Has great potential but lacks little things even for a budget hotel
ABC and sbs only on the tv
2 mugs 1 spoon but no tea and coffee in the room, found tea and coffee facility in the foyer but no coffee or spoons either
Pool table and lounge is nice
Stayed here twice now - in September 2022 and September 2023 - and it's been a comfortable, easy stay. Checking in and out is convenient with the key card safe box system. Beds and rooms are warm and have bar fridges, kettle and a microwave (very handy). Close drive to Jindabyne. Will return.

Disliked: Amenities
There were no kitchenette facilities in the rooms -no coffee cups/ tea/ spoons in room. Only microwave and kettle.
Rooms are not very soundproof. Bed wasn’t comfortable. The pool table was missing a few of the balls when we used it, and costs loose change to use.
But cleanliness was reasonable, and they gave us fresh towels during our stay.
1st: The TV DID NOT WORK !
2nd: There was a little kettle, NO cups, Coffee, Tea, Milk, spoon, just 1 glass Only.
3rd: The Kitchen was NOT attended at all, just a hot water boiler, NO sugar or milk there either.!
4th: OVERPRICED for the Service and amenities, No Receptionist to be seen,
5th: For a 1/3rd of that price I had a 100 times BETTER Accommodation in Canberra and East Nowra ! EXPEDIA Should NOT list a property of those Conditions in their system!
Will NOT try you again Expedia
I had a great stay at this property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a little small but I was
offered a complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel.
Clean, though rather compact room. We got a good rate so was great value for the weekend. Heating was okay, though could be improved. Otherwise was a good basic room.

Average place to stay.
Aged but tidy room.
Our bathroom needed renovation/ repair but had a patch job plastic board done with silicone in the shower.
So the property was clean and cheap. It was very small but ok for the price.
Things we didn’t like was no TV, hot water ran out a couple times and milk wasn’t supplied with the tea bags.
Staff were friendly, would stay again with knowing these minor issues
