The apartment was large and cozy. The bedding was clean but the apartment itself wasn't very clean and we cleaned a little more at arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful and flexible with our departure time. The location was perfect next to the Machane Yehuda market and a walking distance to the Western Wall. I'll totally go back. Thanks!

Great location for touring Jerusalem

Cappuccino in the morning was a nice amenity. Location and value for money were very good. Needed extra room and this was spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located but needs better maintenance. The floors in the stairs were sticky. After check in we didn't see the staff again. So there was nobody who could help us. I say this hotel has lots of potential but the furniture is outdated. It also needs fresh painting. When the toilet paper needed to be restocked I had to go downstairs to get it from the restroom located in the Lobby area. Also I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I never like giving bad reviews but I think this is necessary so they can improve their overall service.

Will start with good location was great few min walk from the market restaurants and train. Other then that the pictures were probably taken when they first opened since then the property in neglected,not clean,can't recommend it and don't understand the good reviews here.The was not like in the photos,the train worked all night as well so noice during the night,wetness on the walls and they peel off,dirty floor,dirty towels.and no elevator so take it into account if u have luggage with you.

Nous avons eu la chambre au 1er étage et heuresement, hotel sans ascenceur, escalier vertigineux le soir en rentrant par la porte de derrière pas pratique avec enfants et poussette. La chambre est agréable mais sans plus, les robinets fuis, les toilettes ne sont pas fixés problème de joints le lavabo de la salle de bain est miniscule. Les points positifs sont l'emplacement idéal devant tramay et grand balcon uniquement pour la chambre familiale du 1er étage, très bien pour un séjour court je suis comme meme satisfait il y a des fois ou il faut fermer les yeux sur certains détails. Je recommande

Worst Stay Ever

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time, and I am not picky. We were worried after not seeing any reviews since before covid, but it looks like covid has not been kind to this hotel. They made us wait 3.5 hours just to get into our room, which we were okay with since it was a holiday. After that wait, though, it wasn’t even the room that we paid for. The room we got was in the basement, very stuffy, and incredibly dirty. Mold in the bathroom, trash bags stuffed into the corner of the room, and dust/dirt everywhere. We might have been able to stay there if there were hot water, but we couldn’t even take a shower that night. Nobody works during the night, so we left the hotel at 11pm to get another hotel. They won’t even give us a refund, either. Terrible place.

Excelente opção em Jerusalém !!

Melhor lugar em Jerusalém para quem está explorando a cidade à pé ou de transporte público !! Excelente localização , em frente de uma estação de VLT (bonde elétrico) na Jaffa Street !!

First night in Jerusalem

Not the newest hotel in Jerusalem and a bit warn. OK beds and ok cleaning. Located in walking distance from Yitzhak Navon train station between station and old city. Directly in front of main street a bit noise until around late evening. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful so a good place to start visit in terms of recommendations etc. and in terms of non-expensive stay.

Great location, low service

We picked the place because of it’s location (very close to the famous Mhn’e Yehuda open market. We were told that it was an apartment, with two bedroom. In fact, it was 1 bedroom with a living room in which 3 beds were placed. The T.V had no channels. The bathroom shelf was filthy! The breakfast (extra fee) consisted of a fried egg+salad. In whole, the location was great, the service was disappointing.
