Mediocre facilities at best. Staff very professional, courteous and accommodation with pleasant, friendly demeanor. We stayed here overnight as we were visiting for The Rolling Stones concert. There was a large influx of guests (Stones fans) all checking in late afternoon and the line to check in was very long, but the line moved quickly. The problem came up when these people then went to the elevators to go to their rooms after check in and only 2 of 4 total elevators were in service. Very long lines and waits to get on the elevator and then once on it, the elevators moved excruciatingly slow. Air conditioning in common areas was inadequate and barely adequate in my room. The bar and restaurant however served good food. (I had a burger and my brother had a strip steak) and both were very tasty and properly prepared. Beer at the bar was ice cold and fresh tasting and the bar staff were great. Note to management. You have a great staff at this location, which I know is difficult to find in the current economic climate. Please invest some $$$ in your facilities and infrastructure and you will have a high quality hotel worthy of the Hilton name.

Noone was on the same page, 1st there was a shuttle to the arena. 2nd, details to getting back wasnt clear. Drivers stunk of cigarette, attitude when asked a question.

The air conditioning did not work. The room temperature was between 79 degrees and 83 degrees. The floor was not clean. Two of the four elevators were out of service. We were on the 16th floor leaving us waiting for a long time to get an elevator. The staff that checked me in did not tell me the air conditioning had not worked for days and that it was not fixed. I was led to believe the air conditioning had been fixed and my room would cool. I expect a partial refund from the poor conditions at this hotel.

Upon check, they told us they were having AC troubles, and hoped it would be fixed soon. What is soon? They had no answer. It is an 80 degree day in June, the rooms were 81 degrees and smelled damp. Turns out they've had this "trouble" for weeks, which we discovered from other guests. Well, they have no policy to give a discount, i coukd call the manager if i wanted. In addition, 2 of three elevators were eorking, we were on the 11th floor, and there were several above us. On Thursday no ice was available on any floor. The rooms were musty, of course, humid and hot is not a good odor. The staff was pleasant but ineffective, the management is awful to leave them in that situation. I will be calling for a refund of some sort.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel is not as described. Also the air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms. I also had an unfortunate incident that I do not wish to speak of on this platform. I have reached out to the hotel and Expedia.

The rooms were stuffy and we couldn’t adjust the climate. Two elevators were not working leading to long lines and wait times. The condition of the bathroom was beneath Hilton standards. No refrigerator in our room. Ice room had an inch of water on the floor.

The lobby smelled like sewage. There’s only one set of working elevators. The AC did not work so it was hot and humid; the whole room had a damp feel. Horrible.

Staff at the hotel were generally nice but the good pretty much stops there. 4 elevators for 21 floors and only 2 work. No stairs accessible from first our second floor apparently. The building just feels like a fire safety hazard waiting to happen. Not to the most inportant part, the rooms.. One word MUSTY. The room had a horrible musty smell. The AC definitely did not work, it was 75 and we set it to 63 we came back like 6 hours later and it was only at 73. Because of the humidity the smell is just horrible. The room gathers condensation on things and its overall just horrible. It makes the whole room, while it may actually be clean feel very very dirty and moldy. For me it was probably my worst hotel stay ever. If your coming up to that area for a trip during the summer i wouldnt DEFINITELY go somewhere else. Read the other reviews like I failed to do so and youll see this is an ongoing problem.

We stayed at this hotel for a dance competition. We were fortunate to get a renovated room but the air quality was poor (horrible ventilation…room was so damp that our clothes in our suitcases felt “wet.”). The air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly. The bathtub was clogged to the point that we needed maintenance to intervene. We did enjoy the in-site restaurant and the staff was lovely.

Hot rooms! Downstairs was freezing but actual rooms would not go under 75! The room was hot and humid. Was told a maintenance person would come and they never did. Only 2 elevators working, took 40 minutes of no elevator before I took my sick child and walked down 14 flights with our luggage at checkout. Lobby smelled musty and staff was rude.
