« This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. « Everything was clean and looked well maintained. The bathroom looked updated, the bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is to put a mirror in the main room outside of the bathroom. »

« The roo.m was clean overall. The shower head had calcium deposits on it and needed to be cleaned. Batteries and remote control need replaced because they would not work unless you were right up on the TV.. lobby area was very warm in humid. Overall it was a nice day for the money we did not take part in breakfast so we could not write that. »

« Air conditioning was terrible. Would not cool the room.Hallway was hot too. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. »

« AC was off in the entire hotel, was told to just wait until the room cooled down: we walked into the room at 88 degrees! Pool is not functioning with no warning on the site. TV was not working until we had someone come down, even then it was stuttering quite often. No cleaning supplies for shower. No coffee maker, even when listed on site. Holes and gunk all over the walls. Do not stay unless DESPERATE!! »
