"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and fast, and any complaints were handled quickly. We had paid extra for an ocean view from the balcony and the room and the room was on the second floor, which did not give us an ocean view from the balcony. It was only a partial ocean view. When I brought it to the staff attention. They moved us to the third floor and the room had a beautiful view from it. The breakfast was wonderful. They had pancakes and you can make your own waffle. There was bananas and oatmeal and things to put in your oatmeal and cereal and plenty of syrup for the waffles and pancakes. Sausage was excellent. I did not try the eggs. I did find a roach, however, in the room and brought it to the staff attention at check out who said that they would have the exterminator out there 123\. "

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway! The room was really nice and spacious, clean, bed was comfy, nice toiletries stocked in bathroom. Loved the balcony. Couldn’t see the beach through the trees, but that was expected based on the pictures. The boardwalk to the beach through the mangroves was so pretty and the beach was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was unexpectedly good and had a big selection. We couldn’t ask for a better weekend getaway, and can not wait to come back with the kids!!"
