When we arrived the system was down and they couldn’t check customers in. It was a couple hours before we could get n our room.

Not sure why the desk clerk is allowed to watch TV in the lobby along with a blanket and feet kicked up when customers are coming to the property. This had the appearance of being in someone's personal livingroom. I actually thought it was a guest until she went behind the desk.
Not professional look for the hotel even though she was very kind.

The rooms are nicely updated. The only item that kept from earning a perfect score is that the heater unit was struggling to keep the room comfortable.

Aside from the extremely large odor of marajuana that filled the halls and waiting room our stay was good. When we complained to the girl at the desk she laughed it off. Very rude.

It was about what I would expect from the price point. The biggest flaw is there aren't any elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage like I did, you're going to get a work-out moving in and out of your room.

The Staff was very nice and the room was clean but had a slight musty smell when walking into the room. The beds were super soft comfy. Was a little disappointed that I couldn't get an ice bucket during the 2 days that we were there. Overall good stay for the price, will defiantly recommend.

This is a no frills hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff. However it is dated. There is a small fridge (no freezer, which was not ideal), small microwave, but no coffee maker in the room. Also, there is no elevator for a 3 story hotel.

The room had 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The one bulb over the nightstand was not working it was very dark in the room. The headboard was dirty and i had to wipe it off. The sheets had stains and mud on them. The room smelled very chemically and the outer doors would not open with the key i had to go around the front door every time. I would not choose to stay here again.

Although I enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveler when checking in and there is a male individual behind them and they are already trying to ensure they are more cautious of their safety it would be appreciated to not loudly announce the room number so that the man or others around may hear. This should be a basic consideration. Just point to the number on the room key packet.

When we arrived at the location to check in, the lady at the counter told us she could not allow us to stay at that location because our home address was less than 2 hours away. (1 hour 45 minutes per GPS) so we were stranded in Jefferson City with no where to stay with a child! Not a happy camper AT ALL!

It was… ok. The staff was friendly upon checkin but she said the card was declined twice and then swiped it a third time and it was fine. Stairs only to every floor which is fine for us but may cause issues for someone with mobility issues. Door to room was cracked when we got to it, room was not the cleanest. Carpet felt very sticky, and patches of dust and dirt. Sheets on bed extremely scratchy, not comfortable AT all. Wish we would have brought our own. In the bathroom, light fixture completely rusted and one of the bulbs burnt out. Shower was clean and the water pressure was great so that was a plus.
People loitering outside the hotel both nights we were there and could hear all kinds of traffic in and out all night both nights as well. Could not get good nights sleep. Didn’t really feel the safest. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving belongings in room while we were gone for the day.
Probably will not stay here again while visiting family. Will spend extra $20 a night and stay somewhere nicer.

It was dog friendly. That was a plus. Wish they had continental breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. Wish all hotels have more towels to start with always. The room was very clean and smelled nice.

Might as well call this place Tweakerlodge instead of Travelodge. Some of the past reviews and pictures from the motel itself are concerning, due to the fact that they are far from the truth. There are sketchy people in the parking lot, the room had black mold on the ceiling, sheets were unbelievably dirty, and my brother in law and his family found a tourniquet of some sort in their room. Thankfully we were able to get our money back and stay elsewhere. Apparently it’s a trap house disguised as a safe place to take your family while passing through town. We ended up at the Best Western and my BIL ended up at the Holiday Inn. A million times better.
