The home has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and cooktop, microwave, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, bar top, small dining area, AND beautiful covered porch for relaxing outdoors! With a queen-sized bed in each bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room, there is plenty of room for a party of 6 to comfortably enjoy their stay. The bathroom offers a full-sized shower/tub, with an attached laundry room available for your use. There is a large yard to play games, a gas grill is included for barbecuing. Cozy, clean cabin perched on top of a hill with great views of the lake and the Shangri La 4th of July Fireworks show! Stocked with plenty of needed items such as extra blankets, pillows, towels & all kinds of kitchen supplies! AC was ice cold which was extra refreshing on our hot summer days! Doug was easy to work with at the Marina and even had a slip we could park our boat in! They forgot to mention on the listing that they had just added a brand new Blackstone griddle! Grand Lake is beautiful and this house has an amazing view of the lake. The beds were so comfortable and the house was perfectly stocked. It's a nice little place on the water's edge of Grand Lake. The house is comfortable, made to feel just like home, but has a beautiful view of the lake. Doug and his wife own a little marina with two properties for people to stay at. You can go jump off the docks at the marina, rent a boat, and talk to locals.
