Dec 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy I loved the location of the property. Very private and secluded, even with the other cabin next door. That said, before I checked in, I was notified the primary heat source (pellet stove) was inoperable, and that there was a secondary heat source available. Upon arrival, the cabin was about 40 degrees inside, and the wall mounted propane heater simply could not keep up as the overnight temperatures reached single digits. The cabin was appointed with very warm blankets which helped a lot, but it was still a very, very chilly night. Thankfully the stove was repaired the next day and worked without issue the remainder of my stay. I would also caution you to check your junk emails before arriving. My check in instructions wound up in my junk mail, and there's nothing listed on Vrbo in regard to checking in or out, it's only in the emails, so bear this in mind. All in all, this was a great place and I enjoyed my time here aside from the first night. I will likely stay here again in the future. ##### Steve U. Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2025
