Villa "Aurelie" is a beautiful and comfortable vacation rental in Xàbia, Spain, built in 2019. It offers a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and tennis court, ensuring a delightful stay for guests seeking a well-equipped holiday rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a private, beautiful garden spanning 1,000 square meters, fenced and featuring a lush lawn and trees. The highlight is an angular swimming pool (4 x 10 meters, depth 140 - 180 cm) with an internal staircase, available for seasonal use from January 1 to December 31. Additionally, there's an outdoor shower, a table tennis setup, and a swing, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Nearby, you'll find a shop 1.5 km away, a supermarket 1 km away, and a restaurant 1.5 km away, catering to your everyday needs. Unit Layout  
The 5-room house offers a spacious 156 m2 living area with bright, comfortable, and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room features satellite TV and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the swimming pool. There are two rooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm and air conditioning. Another room has two beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm, also with air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor includes a shower/WC and a separate WC. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is a room with a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a bath/bidet/WC, and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning is provided throughout the property, and there is a washing machine available for your convenience. Outdoor features include a barbecue area, deck chairs (6), and terrace furniture. Additionally, the house is equipped with an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Parking facilities include a reserved spot for one car and a garage that can accommodate another vehicle.
