With 2 kitchens, outside dining areas, BBQ, Pizza Oven as well as a putting green for those golf enthusiasts, your holiday will be unforgettable at La Casa Del Grande! Enjoy magnificent mountain views with picturesque sunsets while relaxing by the pool. Children and adults alike will have hours of fun playing Table Tennis. Take a short 12 minute drive to the sandy Arenal Beach of Javea for a day out. The space The First level offers the main living & dining areas with an open plan kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven and Integrated dishwasher. A dual fireplace heats both the dining area as well as the living area. Take a walk down the passage to enter the first bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower services this bedroom in the hallway. The next bedroom is the main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Return to the dining area and you’ll find a staircase to the lower level which boasts 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette with a small fridge and washing machine. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms are separated by double doors and share a full en-suite bathroom. Gain access to the pool area from the lower level kitchenette or enter via the outside stairway at the top level. Guest access The entire property and outside areas are exclusively available to guests. In the beginning the were some issues with the pool and the bathroom, but the agent reacted and solved immediately. The Setup from the rooms were perfect with everything you need. We spend most of the time at the Pool area, where you find everything you need. Outdoorkitchen with fridge, grill, tv and a toilet. The property had more than enough space to accomodate us all without been on top of each other. Clean and tidy both inside and out. The place had everything you would need. Only 7 min drive to the beach with plenty of parking. Wendy was great and met us as we arrived and showed us around property. We did have a few issues which were a broken parasol which we couldnt use, Gas for the outside cooking facility ran out even though we had hardley used it. Main issue was on arrival the pool was Green and unusable for a day and half. Wendy did arrange for this to be rectified and was apologetic but it was disapointing for the girls. Would we go back?
