### MIRALL - Chalet with shared pool in Xabia. Free WiFi

Welcome to this duplex apartment for 8 guests in a residential complex close to the sea in Javea   
The exteriors are communal, and it has large garden areas and a 40 x 20 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m. It has a private area with a small garden, terrace and fully equipped porch.  
  
The flat is a duplex of 130 m2 and has four bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the first floor, two of them with two single beds each, and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A cot and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the ground floor with shower, and one on the first floor with bathtub.  
  
The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cosy, it has a sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table with chairs; the kitchen, in the same room and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.  
  
Jávea is a surprising town where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether walking through the old town admiring the large number of monuments, through some of its natural corners such as the Granadella cove or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. Jávea offers a wide range of cultural activities such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars.  
The Arenal Beach, located in the centre of the bay of Jávea, is the main tourist centre and, without a doubt, the most popular beach with bathers thanks to its fine sand and shallow waters.  
  
In terms of sports, diving is one of the best options, as well as sailing and parasailing. On land, the best options are hiking in the Montgó Natural Park, tennis and golf.  
  
Swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September.

Angenehm und vorteilhaft mit dem Pool und Bad La Isla. Ideal mit Kleinkinder; genug Platz und Garten auf beide Seiten des Hauses. Kurze Wege zum schönen Strand in Javea. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe.

#### Great Location

Great very quiet Location, Chalet had no kettle or toaster though also you had to pay cash for the electric you use. Air con in a few rooms, we were there for a week and the power cost was £22\. Its a 5 minute walk to beach with a lot of restaurants and bars that are not expensive with excellent food . Beach is good but the hire of sun loungers is expensive.
