Very cosy, comfortable residence "La Isla". In a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (90 x 60 m, 138 m diameter, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 600 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"La Isla", 2-room apartment on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
