Wonderful and luxury villa in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 4 persons. The house is situated in a residential beach area, at 1 km from La Grava, Puerto, Javea beach and at 1 km from Mediterraneo, Javea. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a garden with trees, a wonderful pool and wonderful views of the bay, the sea and the valley. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

We’re a family with young children (6 and 9) and found the villa and location had everything we needed. Lots of space inside and out, kitchen and utility with everything we needed, great sized pool and a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Best House of Jávea. 5-Star House…but If you don't like the sound of jackhammers roaring from 8:00 a.m. onwards and trucks backing into parking beeping right next to your house and pool, if the constant loading of excavators and trucks during excavation work leaves the diesel smell wafting over your pool, or if the 30-meter-high crane not only slightly spoils the view of the harbor but also makes incessant noises, then you should only stay there outside of construction periods.

What an amazing, perfect little gem of a villa! We would like to keep it our secret so nobody else books it, we want it for ourselves. You are 5 minutes walk down hill to the beautiful bars and restaurants, maybe 10 minutes on the way back. Whilst relaxing on your sun lounger next to the beautiful pool, you can hear the sea washing up onto the port shore. You have the most stunning views over the port and along Javea beaches ! It's the perfect little villa! We will be back!

It’s hard to believe but it is even better in person than the pictures. We loved how instantly we felt at home. Everything is very new and fresh. Beautifully finished and so many nice amenities. The grill was an added bonus. We spent most of our time moving between the sunroom and the outside deck. The way it was situated we had full sun in November from 7:30 sunrise to about 4:30 when it would go past the tree line. The kitchen was perfect with all high end appliances and kitchen tools for any cooking needs. Easy to walk to the port and supermarket and restaurants. Check in and check out was super easy even during the weekend. We would have preferred a later check out than 9:30 but based on how clean and spotless it was when we checked in we can understand it takes time between guests. We simply could not recommend it enough!!!! We will be back.

Villa La Cofa

Perfekt kernsaniert, exzellent und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, eine der besten Lagen in der Nähe des alten Hafens und dazugehörigen „Barrios“. Nur bei der Internetanbindung via Movistar ist noch „Luft nach oben“! Jedoch hat die sehr kundenorientierte arbeitende Agentur Aguilarent mit einem anderen Router rasch geholfen! Der Service dieser Vermiet Agentur ist mit Abstand der Beste, den wir bisher bei einer Vielzahl von Anmietungen erlebt haben. Auch ein wichtiger Grund für die beiden nächsten Buchungen von La Cofa!

Die Villa ist luxuriös eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist top, nur 5 min bis an die Promenade mit tollen Resteraunts und einem mega Ausblick auf den Strandabschnitt. Ein Hohlzkohle Weber Grill , sowie Strandklappliegen sind zur Benutzung vorhanden. Der Pool ist riesig, wir hatten im Oktober 26 Grad Celsius , im Meer konnte man noch gut baden , der Pool ist allerdings nicht beheizt , zum abkühlen in Ordnung aber längere Aufenthalte im Pool waren in Oktober eher grenzwertig.

BOOK LA COFA!!! The location and villa are truly value for money, this must be one of the most gorgeous views on Javea and the bay. Yet so close to the sea so that we could hear the waves. Near to the port with its lovely shops and sea front restaurants, just within walking distance... A MUST!!!
