Gorgeous villa with XL pool, 4 terraces and seaview

Welcome to Casa Muy Bien. We, Dutch owners, offer you a wonderful holiday with lots of rest. You will arrive in a nice and clean house, with central heating, electricity, airconditioning and WiFi. Since may 2025 the bedrooms also have airconditioning! You will also notice that our house is well insulated. Your beds are made and the towels are ready. Our decor is modern and design. Both the Naja and the living room have a beautiful fan-beamed ceiling and air conditioning. The villa has 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds, mosquito nets, shutters, curtains, fitted wardrobes and airconditioning. There are two bathrooms with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The Naja or conservatory is furnished as a dining room and offers views at the Mediterranean Sea. The living room has beautiful sofas and a 50 inch HD TV with dozens of channels (Canal Digital). You can enjoy the extensive film and music and book collection. The luxuriously equipped kitchen has a counter on both sides with appliances integrated in the cupboards. Our beautiful swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters has underwater lighting for a romantic evening! On the 4 terraces you can relax, eat a BBQ, have breakfast or have a siesta. And what about the garden? Enjoy the flowers, palm trees, large cacti, oleanders and hibiscus. The sun loungers are ready!! Come enjoy!!

Wonderful home to get away from it all

We had a great stay at the casa. The property is in a great location, so quiet and relaxing with a good supermarket close by. Wonderful swimming pool with heaps of outside space and shade, and a fabulous barbeque. We'd love to come back again. Thoroughly recommend.

The villa is a very neglected property with either stained or broken furniture. It had not been cleaned to a basic standard and we were greeted with dog saliva on the windows and the main bed full of dog hairs. The bbq could not be used at all due to all the chairs being broken and the grill had not been cleaned for many months. The property is advertised for 6 people but there is only seating for 4 people both in dining area and lounge, both settees are stained and the glass dining table chipped. We requested additional seating but this request was ignored. Location and area are good and the pool is ok but I would not recommend this property at all.

Read the Small print and take pics

Read all T&C's as we were charged £50 after leaving for not washing the towels or taking rubbish to bins which is a good 15min walk away by the way. Sent us pictures of the kids bed not being made also(surely the sheets would be getting changed) which was poor .We had already done a bin run in the car as it was piling up but in all honesty for the area I would hire a car as other than a small supermarket nearby there is little to do other than go to main town. Disappointed with the false accusations that came from the owner around breakages in the villa of crockery which did not happen and also an outside bin that was broken on arrival which she also blamed on us on her cleaner's word. In short you book this villa you are to fully clean it before departure.

Mooi ruim huis op een prachtige locatie

Het XL zwembad met terras en super grote parasol krijgen een 10. Mijn ega lag smorgens om 8 00 uur al in het water, baantjes te trekken. De trappen om en rond het huis waren voor mij een uitdaging, dat begon al bij bij t hek. Ik heb astma. Voor mijn ega geen probleem. Het huis is ruim, zeker voor 2 pers. Airco in naja en woonkamer is fijn, en noodzakelijk in zulke temp. Hélaas moet je op de slaapkamer volstaan met n ventilator. Het huis heeft een pracht zicht op de zee vanuit de naja. Er lagen volledige instructies voor van alles klaar, dat was handig. Het welkomstpakket was aardig. Beddengoed en handdoeken méér dan voldoende aanwezig. Heb ik alleen niet gebruikt omdat ik ivm astma speciaal beddegoed etc heb.Het enige echte minpunt was het zitcomfort vd 2 banken in de woonkamer.,,of eigenlijk het gebrek daarvan. Al met al een heerlijk rustige fijne vakantie gehad.

Vacances au Cap Nau de JAVEA.

Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances dans un cadre magnifique et un environnement calme. La maison correspondait à nos attentes. Seul bémol un peu trop d’escaliers, notamment pour ce rendre au barbecue. Mais nous avons tout de même apprécié l’ensemble.

Vacanza eccellente come la si desiderava. In un contesto elegante e tranquillo. La casa è molto bella, comoda, completa in tutto. La piscina ed il giardino sono favolosi. I proprietari gentilissimi ed accoglienti. Io sono anni che viaggio con VRBO e devo dire che non ho mai trovato proprietari così premurosi come Hetty.

Mooi huis op fijne locatie

We hebben genoten van het verblijf in Casa Muy Bien. In deze tijd van het jaar was het erg rustig in de buurt maar dat vinden we heerlijk. Als het wat warmer is dan is er een prachtig zwembad in de tuin.

Très agréable séjour à la Casa Muy Bièn

Maison très agréable que ce soit à l’intérieur ou au niveau du jardin et de la piscine. Tout est prévu pour passer d’excellentes vacances avec tout le confort nécessaire! La communication avec les propriétaires est très simple et ils sont excellemment bien organisés pour que dès l’arrivée sur place, on ait juste à profiter du séjour ! Enfin, la location est d’un très bon rapport qualité / prix.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la Casa Muy Bien en famille. L'endroit est un petit coin de paradis avec le calme, l'air de la montagne et la frais de la mer. Tout à proximité. Tout près du Cap de la Nau. Nous avons bien profité avec les enfants de la piscine et de l'agréable terrasse pour les bains de soleil. La villa est bien équipée, y compris des essuies de bain et de cuisine. Javéa est une petit ville super charmante.

Ein nahezu perfekt eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Utensilien, die man benötigt. Und sogar noch mehr. Einziger, wenn auch sehr kleiner Kritikpunkt, ist der fehlende Geschirrspüler in der Küche. Ansonsten alles da, die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als unsere daheim :-) , super Pool, ein sehr hochwertiger Sonnenschirm, Grill, Waschmaschine. Alles auf aktuellem Stand. Bäder sehr neu und schön. Eine riesengroße Kiste mit Unmengen von Pool Utensilien. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Es gab sogar ein "Begrüßungspaket". Fantastisch! Jederzeit wieder!!!!!!
