The villa's typical Spanish appearance belies its modern interior which comprises lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Naya with views out to the garden and swimming pool. Three double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities with the remaining 2 double bedrooms sharing the house shower room. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The villa is appointed with fine quality furniture throughout. The large driveway has ample parking for at least four vehicles. My wife and I purchased the villa in January 2018\. Since then we have fully landscaped the gardens which included a new pool side pergola providing a beautiful shaded area with soft seating, dining for eight. BBQ area and bar with wine cooler. All three bedrooms, lounge and dining area enjoy full air conditioning. The kitchen now includes a Bosch dishwasher. The villa is just a short distance to the many great beaches of Javea such as Portichol, Granadella and L'Arenal with L'Arenal being only a six minute drive away. The villa is also within strolling distance of bars and a small supermarket, several excellent restaurants specialising in Italian, Spanish, Greek and Nepalese cuisine. The main town of Javea is a ten minute drive, the Port area is eight minutes and the Arenal only six minutes drive away. WINTER LETS: If you are thinking of escaping the bitter cold winter weather? Special rates for winter lets from November through to March can be arranged from as little as £1800.00 per month. Pool heating is from 100 -150 Euros per week between October and April depending on the weather. The pool heater would be switched on one week prior to your arrival. We travelled as a family of 3 generations and was great for all. The location of the villa is great with a few restaurants within walking distance if desired. John the host was great, met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed and gave some recommendations for food and drink locally. Geschirr und Gläserausstattungen sind für fünf Personen zu wenig, bzw. es gibt kaum ein sortenreines Geschirr oder Glas. Die Messer sind mehr als stumpf, John war aber so nett und hat uns wenigstens die grossen Küchenmesser geschärft.Küchenschubladen fallen fast auseinander.Waschmaschine wäscht leider nur im Kurzprogramm, was nicht gerade hygienisch für Handtücher etc. ist.Betten zu kurz bei einer Körpergröße von 182 cm.Bezüge von Sonnenliegen teils schmuddelig (Stockflecken).Aussenbereich: Es fehlen Bewegungsmelder für außen. Einer muss immer vorlaufen und im Dunkeln die Aussenbeleuchtung anschalten, da sonst der Weg zum Haus zu dunkel ist.Grill total verzogen und muss bei Abreise selbst gereinigt werden.Pool könnte einen Poolroboter vertragen. Objekt kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen (Weitwinkelfotografie)Check-In sehr persönlich und nett. John (Besitzer) gibt viele Tips für Unternehmungen und Restaurants und kümmert sich unaufdringlich alle drei Tage um den Pool (Check Wasser für Chlor etc.)Positiv sind die Klimaanlagen, die sehr gut kühlen.Tip für den Pool: Einstiegshandlauf, damit auch ältere Menschen besser in und aus dem Pool kommen.Fazit: Preis zu hoch bei dieser Ausstattung!! ##### Wolf-Rüdiger W. The outside area especially is great, better than we ever had before as it has a nice big pool which is close to the villa itself with plenty of seating/loungers and shade. This was our second stay and want to return soon. The villa is very clean, comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and the seating and relaxation areas are perfect. The pool is a great size. Each time we have visited we have paid for pool heating and it was very much worth it. The villa host John is very friendly and professional, all communication with him was excellent. The villa has space to park you car, has locked gates and we always feel secure. The kitchen has everything you need and a great fridge. We love this place perfect for our family, just a 5 minute drive to Javea beach and all local amenities.
