We stayed in the property for four days and it was lovely. It was very clean, every accommodation was thought of in advance, and David was kind and hospitable. We would definitely stay again.
The house is very good located in the heart of javea town. It was very clean, complete, and the breakfast-basket was a nice gesture of the owner.
David is a very friendly, helpfull and communicative host.
Location is top, supermarket and restaurants around the corner.

I truly enjoyed my stay in the house of David. The house was amazing, big, well maintained, very clean and felt like home. Also the communication with David was very easy and went smoothly via what’s app. I would highly recommend to stay in this wonderful place, as the vibe is great and the location can not be any better. Nice restaurants, pretty stores and the beach are close by. If possible, we would love to come back some day!
We loved this home and the neighborhood. I wanted to experience in town living and it was charming, quiet and convenient. The host was very easy to communicate with, very helpful and responsive. The home was decorated beautifully, very clean and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. Market day is right at your doorstep and so are shopping and restaurants. We found a parking garage 100 yards away and had our car parked safely there every day and pricing was very reasonable.

A really lovely town centre property full of charm and character. The owners have really gone to a lot of effort to make it comfortable and homely. Really well equipped and clean. The location is great and there are really good bars and restaurants nearby. Fully recommend and would stay again.
This home couldn't be more centrally located in the old town with easy access to authentic bars and restaurants. The property is light and spacious and immaculately clean . Also there is a weekly cleaner. David is an excellent host he is very responsive and helpful.
An excellent facility in an excellent location. The host David was extremely helpful and eager to make improvements. The VRBO site's address was not completely accurate which David will correct. The third bedroom, bunkbeds, lacked A/C - not a huge issue for our late summer, early fall visit. Javea, particularly the old town where the unit is located, is absolutely spectacular with its many restaurants and charming streets. It is quite a distance from the beach. However, there is a daily open air small tourist train that makes a 45 minute round trip until the early evening. The train stop is 100 meters from the unit at the top of the square. Underground parking can be economically purchased at Plaça de la Constitució or just park at street level if you can find an open spot. The unit is a short 5 minute downhill walk on Carrer dels Oms which is directly in front of the vehicle exit for Placa parking. After walking downhill and crossing a paved road onto the tiled C Rda. Colon, the unit (Carrer Metge Gonzale 2) is the second street on the left, between two restaurants. An outdated Google Earth shows the unit's address as Calle Dr. Gonzalez.
This property was perfect for my spouse and I to experience the beauty of historic Javea. The property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was central to shopping, dining and the local sights. Highly recommend.
