Séjour très agréable

Habitation spacieuse et agréable à vivre, la résidence est propre et entretenue. Diana a été une hôte très sympathique et disponible. Un séjour parfait grâce a la proximité de toutes les commodités.

Diana es encantadora y la casa está muy cuidada !

Fuimos a Jávea con familia. La casa en particular está muy bien situada: Está muy cerca de la playa de arena y de supermercados, farmacia. Diana, la propietaria es encantadora, y estuvo atenta durante toda la estancia de que no faltara de nada.

Lovely house in a perfect position

Modern three storey house with communal pool in a great area of Xabia. Perfect for giving the teenagers some freedom in a safe environment. Very clean and new aircon, I’d recommend Diana’s house. It’s not so perfect you’re worried about using it - Diana herself is very friendly and accommodating.

Casa fabulosa en la playa del arenal

Es una casa decorada con mucho encanto, totalmente equipada. Garaje para un coche muy cómodo para descargar y para dejar las cosas de la playa. Cuarto para hacer la colada totalmente equipado y con terraza al sol para tender. Habitaciones muy grandes. Con suficientes baños para todas ellas. Cocina con todo lo imprescindible. Muy bien situada, con supermercado enfrente y la playa del arenal con todo tipo de restaurantes muy cerca a pie. La anfitriona, Diana, súper pendiente en todos momento. Muy detallista dejándonos un montón de básicos en la casa: cápsulas de café, jabón de manos, papel de cocina, jabón de lavavajillas, bolsas de basura... Y la casa muy limpia y bien mantenida. Impecable. Una suerte haber encontrado una casa así. Ha sido una estancia inmejorable. Gracias Diana!!

Groot huisje met 4 ruime slaapkamers. 2 badkamers aanwezig. Ruim genoeg voor met 8 personen. Mooi verzorgd zwembad. Heel vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenares. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

El alquiler de este alojamiento nos ha parecido inmejorable, para repetir. La casa muy limpia y preparada y Diana siempre se mostró atenta a cualquier cosa que podíamos necesitar. Muy recomendable.

Absolute gem in Javea

Had an incredible trip with my friends staying at Diana's property in Javea! Super location, amazing amenities, and Diana was so helpful from start to finish. If you're looking for the perfect home base for a beach side holiday in Spain, I can't recommend Diana's house enough. 5 min walking distance to the beach (Arenal) and all the restaurants/bars, literally 2 mins from a super market and within 15 mins drive of many different calas and beaches in nearby areas. I would book it again in a heartbeat if I returned to Javea.

Diana es encantadora. Super atenta en todo momento. Su casa es preciosa las fotos no le hacen justicia. La zona de la terraza es enorme y las habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas. Está muy bien situada y da mucha seguridad que este dentro de una urbanización cerrada. Una experiencia fantástica muy recomendable

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely property in a nice quiet residential location but not too far from the beach. Property was spotless. I have not given 5 stars only because I felt there could have been instructions left for things like air con, dishwasher & tv. That aside I would have no hesitation in staying there again. All 5 of us loved it.

Perfect holiday house

Just returned from a lovely family holiday staying in this beautiful town house. The house is situated in a complex with a swimming pool close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A supermarket is just round the corner. You will not be disappointed with the house, it has 4 bedrooms, one on the top floor that benefits from 2 terraces. There is also a laundry room which was useful. Everything was as described, including wi fi and a play station. The owners met us at the property to show us round and were very helpful. We would love to return to the house when we visit Javea again.

Great apartment in a good location

The apartment was ideal for what we wanted, it was close to the beach within 10 mins walk, had a nice pool area and was well equipped and clean and tidy. Diana was most helpful and was available if we needed anything which we didn't as everything was available at the apartment. Overall we had a very relaxing week and would be very much interested in returning to the apartment.

Great holiday house!

A great holiday house for our Easter vacations. The house was exactly as it was described. Very comfortable and clean, we had every comfort we needed, including heating, tv and wifi The location is ideal, adjacent to a park perfect for jogging, in a quiet area, very close to the beach and all the amenities. Every bedroom was big and comfortable with built-in wardrobes, the kitchen had everything we needed and the living area pleasantly furnished. I personally truly appreciated the laundry on the top floor: again it had everything I needed and was very well organised. We felt at home also thanks to Diane who was very kind and available. I definitely recommend it!!

Lo tiene todo. La descripción de la casa es tal y como lo explican en la web. La casa está muy cuidada y con gusto, muy cerca de todo, a una distancia agradable de la playa y el paseo marítimo , pero a la vez muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Los dueños, Diana y Carlos, atentos a lo que necesitábamos . Sin duda volveremos.

Perfect beach holiday home for families!

We as a family of five (being a German and Dutch couple with 3 young children between 5 and 10 yrs old) had a great time in Javea and in Diana’s house which felt immediately as a home! The house has everything you need and is perfectly located in the area. There is a supermarket in walking distance (around the corner) you can easily walk to the Arenal beach (also easy to do with smaller children) where there are many nice restaurants and bars. You do not need to use the car at all for this. The surrounding areas also have a lot to offer for families and Diana gave us many nice ideas for days out with the kids. She helped us always immediately with all our questions. The house is spacious with 4 bathrooms and has a nice outside area for eating and chilling. Behind the house (with direct access from the garden) is a very nice park area with playground to play football or games. The house is in a very safe area. The outside pool area is perfect for the children to play and enjoy all over summer. The bedrooms are good sizes and the kitchen has all you need. The washing machine is brand new. Everything in the house is clean, seems to be very new and the internet connection is very fast. Diana, Thank you for all your help and for the inside information about the area! We had a fabulous time in Javea and we felt immediately at home in your house. Also for the kids it was easy to feel at home and play around the pool and on the beach! Excellent choice!! The house is perfect, clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. Fully furnished with great detail. The place is great, has a swimming pool, gardens and private parking. The house is also close to the beach, you could go walking!!. Is near the bars and pubs. Undoubtedly I´ll repeat!!

Nos encanto….

Estuvimos una semana en Agosto pasado en esta casa y la verdad que estuvimos de maravilla….las instalaciones son nuevas, bien decoradas y muy bien cuidadas. Wifi por toda la casa, 4 baños, habitaciones amplias con todo lo que pudimos necesitar. En la puerta de casa hay un parque para que puedan jugar los niños. Los jardines y la piscina están muy bien, y la zona del chillout es fabulosa, sobre todo por la noche para tomar una copa. Esta a 5 minutos andando de la playa por lo que prácticamente no se necesita coche, y hay un supermercado mas y mas al lado. La recomendamos y volveremos encantados. La atención con la dueña, Diana fue fabulosa.

Stylish villa in an ideal location!

We had an fabulous, family holiday staying at this villa for 2 weeks in July 2013. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival and all rooms were modern with stylish decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you require for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms were all a good size and the master bedroom and top floor bedroom were particularly bright and spacious. There were 2 ensuites and 2 further bathrooms which is ideal if more than 1 family are staying. The gardens and pool area were all very well kept and provided a nice, relaxing area for sunbathing. The location of the villa was great as it was only a short stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants on the Arenal. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this property!
