« Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, es war schlichtweg hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlichen Service: Nachdem ich mir in einem anderen Lokal eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen hatte, wurde mir hier auf jede erdenkliche Weise geholfen. Das Team hat sofort einen Arzt gerufen, regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob es mir besser geht, und mir sogar Elektrolyte zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Fürsorge und Aufmerksamkeit sind wirklich nicht...

Belle piscine faisant fasse aux rizieres et volcans. Belle vue depuis le balon de la chambre. Tres bon petit dejeuner buffet avec de veritables plats indonesiens. « Très bel hôtel. Service au top. Petits déjeuners excellents. Un peu en dehors de la ville… ce qui permet d’être au calme et d’avoir ce parc immense, avec golf, piscine, tennis, etc. On rejoint le centre ville en taxi pour 4 euros. Seul bémol: la chambre classique est un peu petite. »

« Localisation de l'hôtel proche du site de Borobodur qu'on peut observer depuis le restaurant et l'accueil. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Personnel accueillant et attentif. Hôtel qui néanmoins n'est pas adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Pour les personnes très sensibles au bruit, hôtel à éviter peut-être en période de Ramadan. Personnellement, cela ne m'a pas gêné, je trouve que cela fait partie du charme de l'hôtel situé au milieu de villages dans la campagne...

« We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is located in luxuriant gardens, has a lovely swimming pool (especially great for children!) and the fitness centre is located in a superb pavillon of its own. The problem is that it is far from the city centre ... and you cannot go there by bike as I thought we could because the bikes from the hotel are in poor condition and the way to the city very difficult to find »

"Passage pour 24 heures entre un trajet local et un vol international. L’hôtel est très bien, très bien entretenu même si les chambres auraient besoin d’un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais c’est amplement oublié avec le confort : -grande chambre -silence -douche et baignoire de qualité -un vrai sens du service client : late check-in autorise car c’était possible dans leur planning, possibilité d’utiliser la piscine, sauna/hammam après le checkout -attention permanente dans le détail du personnel. -le club lounge au 26e est un petit plus agréable. Tout ça en a fait un hôtel idéal et tout confort entre 2 avions avec un vrai sens du service qu’on aimerait voir partout. Bravo à vos equipes "

"Le séjour dans l'ensemble est très bon avec des chambres lumineuses et une excellente propreté. Mon seul reproche est que lors de notre petit-déjeuner du 2e jour, les saucisses ont l'air un peu roses au milieu et manquent les haricots cuits au four et les pommes de terre rissolées qui devraient faire partie d'un petit-déjeuner anglais. Le jus d'orange sur une note aigre et le jus de pastèque sont plutôt fades. Il en va de même pour les offres de fruits frais coupés. Les morceaux de fromage brie sont secs, ils proviennent peut-être des restes du matin précédent. En tant qu'hôtel 5 étoiles, j'espère que l'hôtel pourra maintenir sa qualité et choisir les meilleurs fournisseurs d'aliments de qualité."
