"This is a simple place to stay on the other side of Lake City away from all the busyness of 90. This is my second time staying and I would stay again. "The room was spotless and in great condition. Went to checkout at 8 and office does not open until 9. Wouldn't care, but had to leave a $50 cash deposit. There was a sign that office opened at 9, but had no idea there would be no way to get our deposit before then."

"When we got there around 10pm and got our key, the room was still obviously being used by someone, the tv was on and it was a mess. The front desk lady was very helpful and sweet about getting us a new room though. But, there were dead roaches and spiders in our room and it felt kinda gross. You get what you pay for i guess"

"When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. ."
