This condo is on the second floor of Victorian home in old Chautauqua Institution. It is very small (440 SF )and fits 2 people comfortably. One Queen Bedroom with a tempurpedic-type bed and Window Unit AC. Livingroom has lots of windows and ceiling fan. TV, WIFI, Shared front porch with table for 2. Bonus small rear balcony off bedroom.Galley kitchen, fully equipped (small oven and four burner stove) Dining Table for 3. Condo with Hardwood floors located One block to Ampitheater, and library. 2 Blocks to bookstore, cafes, dining and free concerts and lectures. This is Upstairs. Pets upon approval $350 fee for one pet.
