Not a great experience. Showed up at 11 PM to find that the room I had booked and needed for our stay was unavailable. Was told it was a computer problem. Then later told that it was simply not cleaned. Booked a second room for family and they were given room that was definitely not clean. It had not been dusted in a long time. We left early. Very disappointed and never again.

No hot water or even barely warm water in our room. We did not discover it until the AM and therefore could not shower. Front desk had no authority to compensate us in any way.

There is a nice pool with a waterslide. Lots of fun! The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was helpful and kind.

The floor in the room had definitely not been vacuumed with obvious crumbs on the carpet. The room also hadn't been dusted or thoroughly cleaned in who knows how long. And the sheets looked like they had been changed but smelled like they had been used. Overall I was disappointed, particularly since this hotel had good ratings.

Only down far was hottub wasnt fixed right away so had to wait till second day to use it. Otherwise staff was superb couldn't of asked for better staff!!!!

Hotel was fine. Room was comfortable. Didn’t find the staff that friendly or helpful. Breakfast options weren’t great and somewhat lacking. Workout room had overflowing garbage, TVs on machines didn’t work. Grounds of the hotel were littered with garbage

We love staying at this hotel when we are going between our ranch in Montana and home state of Wisconsin. Super kind, welcoming and friendly staff. Nice pool area(but water slides are way too fast clocking in about 78mph😉) and nice breakfast. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and overall wonderful place to stay.

Nice hotel off the interstate that was quiet. My only complaints were that there was some garbage left from previous guest, no lotion In the bathroom, conditioner bottle was empty, and the hotel coffee wasn’t great. But otherwise the staff was great, pool was amazing, breakfast tasted good, and overall a great place to stay. Would stay again.

I tried to check in and no one at the front desk for 10 mins. I wanted to stay at a different place I bought insurance but was told they could not refund because I did not meet the 24 hr notice. I thought that is what I bought the insurance for? Need to clean the phone & clock it was dirty on check in. Remote wouldn’t work most of the time for tv. Deadbolt did not lock.

Checked in with my service dog and AST Mngr told me my service dog was an emotional support dog and would not let me stay. Asked for documentation which is illegal. I showed him my service dog ID but was then told that it was fake. After explaining in law he went in the back and “called” the general manager who he said agreed with him, but would not let me speak to the. After over 30 minutes of arguing I told him I would be contacting my lawyer and would be taking legal action. He then all of a sudden changed his mind and allowed me to stay. Unacceptable to do this to a combat injured veteran with a service dog. What happened is against state and federal law and is a misdemeanor if I called the cops. Horrible service.

Having a two slides was a nice feature. The pool deck is large unlike many other hotels where you do not have much space there’s plenty of seating for the continental breakfast the large shower was also a nice feature.
