Built in 1818 but completely updated and luxurious. It is situated just a short stroll to Jamaica’s quaint village center. It’s a two minute walk to West River Provisions, a family-owned country store stocked with groceries and gourmet items, plus beer and deli fare. Just a couple minutes further down the road is River & Rye, a restaurant and bar with an emphasis on local ingredients and community in a welcoming setting. The home itself is incredibly comfortable. There is a flat private parking area, and when you enter through the back of the house, there’s a spacious mudroom with hooks and cubbies galore - a place for everyone’s things! The first floor of the house has: \- an updated and stocked kitchen, everything you need \- a dining room with a large table that seats ten, plus another smaller table in the kitchen area \- a cozy living room with a TV, fireplace, piano and games \- a large bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and full bathroom directly off of it Upstairs to the second floor you will find four large bedrooms! All have Queen beds that are very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are connected. There are three full bathrooms on this level. There is a crib in one of the bedrooms.
