Hotel staff find difficult in communicating in English Language 2. Breakfast and lunch menu items are very limited 3. At 10 O'clock morning room service announce sandwich is not available, all sold out-terrible 4. while booking online it said coffee kettle and free in-room coffee-sugar will be supplied. But in reality hotel charged rp 10,000 for coffee package 5. In-room ironing facility was not available. 6.
