Nice hotel. Spacious room. Hotel in great area for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Music in rooftop bar was a bit overwhelming but view was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Clean and comfy. The room was quite big and comfortable though the lighting inside the room could be better. There was 2 dining options in the hotel and quite a range of options walking distance. It is one of the hotel that is quite convenient if you are not driving, there are bus stop and MRT station just on the main road.

Great modern, clean & convenient hotel!staf and manager excellent - doubled length of stay but forgot to press breakfast included (it’s yummy) so they matched o line price even though my mistake - so helpful and fluent in English for great assistance ! Gym for boosts near my but no pool.

Had a wonderful stay(my second) had Room 206 which was massive and quiet. The breakfast was great and the location can’t be beat. Across the road from Sarinah.

excellent stay
excellent location near the national monument and close to BRT and bus links. Main railway station is a 30 min walk away. Hotel was in excellent location with each room have different art work. Breakfast and restaurant provide excellent quality food. Shower was great , bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind was being very professional

I like Artotel and have stayed there several times. The staff is very friendly, the property clean and has nice vibe. I had dinner in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent. I did not find the bed very comfortable, however, and the breakfast buffet was not very good. Probably they are still adjusting to post covid conditions.

Cosy and friendly right in the city
Love the location. Really in the heart of the city. Walking distance to major shopping centres and the mrt. During the big floods of 1st Jan 2020 Artotel was not in the affected area and this is a major plus point. Room was clean & cosy. The Nespresso machine & free tit bits was a nice surprise. Love that it had a hair dryer & an ironing board in the room. The buffet breakfast was a major thumbs up from day one. The spread varies and we simpy love the aglio olio, porridge, waffles, local food that were served. The staff were super friendly and this adds on to the value of the hotel. We will definitely return to stay when we come back to Jkt.

Had a pleasant stay. Quite close to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia (10 - 15 mins walk) and MRT. Room was clean but there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

My wife and I stayed just one night in this clean , well managed Artotel Thamrin- Jakarta , for convenience to City Centre Activities, the Staff were excellent upon arrival in the rain, they sheltered us with umbrellas and guided us to reception , where it was swift and easy , then to our room , it was a little small but clean , good shower and awesome bed and pillows , A/C was perfect temperature and we enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay, the Breakfast Buffet was adequate and had a nice choice, Excellent work Artotel , recommended for any adventure into Jakarta City Centre .

Hands off to everyone working there..Hospitality service 5 Star! Only 2 things that needs to look into. 1- no place for big veg in the room 2- the towels in the room are bad. Should improve better quality towels.
